A healthy limitation is a must. Proper monitoring of creative artists is equally important. Every artist’s creation must be monitored whether it is appropriate or not.   By SHARADA KUNWAR Without an iota of doubt, artists should be given complete freedom to express their ideas. Artists like poets, singers, painters, and so on are the nation's assets. People as a whole appreciate the creativity of the artists with both hands. Unconditional love and appreciation of the people give emotional and psychological impetus to artists.  Photo: LB
