The major Nepali leaders have expressed commitment to address India’s interests in Nepal, including not signing a special deal with China By PR PRADHAN Reports state that the government has submitted a political roadmap to Delhi after a consent from the leaders of three major parties – NC, UML and UCPNM – to end the present blockade. That roadmap includes the amendment of the constitution by making it favourable for India for micro-management in Nepali political and administrative affairs.
